What is the return policy?

Due to the nature of our product, Snuggle Suds has a strict NO RETURN policy, but  
we do offer FULL refunds if the product is damaged or misplaced by USPS. 
When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Because all orders are shipped via Priority Mail, they should only be in transit for 2-3 days (unless USPS is experiencing delays!)
Can I cancel my purchase?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent then unfortunately it can’t be canceled nor returned.
Are any purchases final sale?

What is tallow and why do you use it?

Tallow is rendered fat from grass-fed, grass-finished beef. It's incredibly rich in skin-nourishing vitamins (A, D, E, and K) and closely mimics our skin's natural oils, making it wonderfully absorbent and gentle. It's been used for centuries as a healing balm, and we're honored to continue that tradition in our products.
Is tallow safe for babies?

 Absolutely. Tallow is one of the gentlest ingredients you can use on delicate baby skin. It's naturally moisturizing and has been trusted by parents for generations to soothe diaper rash, eczema, and dry patches. As always, if your baby has specific skin concerns, we recommend doing a small patch test first.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes! Our products are formulated with minimal, gentle ingredients specifically because we know how sensitive both baby skin and mom's postpartum skin can be. Many of our customers tell us they've finally found products that don't irritate their eczema-prone or reactive skin.
Where does your tallow come from?

Our tallow comes from grass-fed, grass-finished beef from regenerative farms in the United States. We believe in complete transparency about our sourcing and only work with farms that share our values.
Can I use these products on my face?

Yes! Our tallow balms are gentle enough for facial use and many moms love them as a natural face moisturizer. Tallow won't clog pores despite being so nourishing, making it perfect for all-over use.
Do your products contain any synthetic ingredients or fragrances?

Never. We use only natural ingredients you can recognize and pronounce. Any scent in our products comes from natural essential oils, never synthetic fragrances.
Are your products vegan?

Our tallow-based products are not vegan, as they contain beef tallow. However, we're working on expanding our line to include plant-based options for those who prefer vegan skincare.
